Footstone for Sarah E Little.
LITTLE, Sarah E., 11 Dec 1832 - 15 Mar 1894. "Wife of G. W. Little." (Daughter of Turner & Sally Pinkston.) Inscription: SARAH E. -- wife of G. W. LITTLE -- born Dec 11 1832 -- Died Mar 15 1894.
This stone is a very hard to read. The dark splotchy green lichen attaches itself to the stone and blurs the inscription. It is very tough and cannot be cleaned off short of killing it with a biological wash, a commercial compound that kills all biological substances on stones.
