WWI Army Regostratio Card, dated 5 Jun 1917, has Andrew Lacy of Columbia, Maury County, TN, 22, born 15 Aug 1895 in Williamsport, Maury County, TN. Civilian occupation is mine work for Federal Chemical Co. in Columbia, TN. He is married and she is dependent upon him; does not claim exemption.
