He enjoyed a liberal education and was esteemed for many virtues."

In Maury county, Tennessee, on the 16th ult. William Holland, second son of
James Holland, Esq. one of the Representatives
in Congress from this State. This young gentleman had finished his education at
Greenville College, Ten was of a mild temper and unassuming manners.
