This plaque explains the types of monuments in use in this cemetery..

We are looking at the types of monuments the plaque is trying to inform is of. The tall one in the center is called an Obelisk. The one on our right is the typical old style upright memorial and the other two further left are box tombs. Box tombs are just grave covers and contain empty pace. Sometimes they are restored by filling them with compacted soil, sand or even low density & highly porous concrete.
