Cemetery.
Hi
Rick Gray,
The James REESE buried in Reese's Chapel Cemetery is my
5th great-Grandpa. His full name is James Polk
REESE and he is the son of Rev.
David REESE and Sarah Ruth POLK.
This info comes from the same book as John MACK
Sr. "To Hope, To Labor, And So To Live" by Mary P.
Engels. I have a copy of the book. We also find
the info in a book done by a
REESE descendant as well as other sources I have listed in my tree. I am also a
descendant of the ALEXANDER, MACK,
WILSON, BREVARD, HUTSON (HUDSON),
BURNETT, McKNITT (McKNIGHT, MacKNIGHT),
POLK (POLLOK, POLLOCK) families as well.
A black
and white version of the photo of the same headstone in color was taken by Mary
P. Engels and published in the book I have. Thanks for the color
version of the same headstone.Thanks. Patti Heath
