MAURY COUNTY - MEMORIAL - THOSE THAT PAID WITH THEIR LIVES

  This is a view of the Maury County Courthouse on Columbia Tennessee Mule Day 2005. We focus our attention here on our left. There we notice a gray three part war memorial. This memorial is to honor the heroes who made the supreme sacrifice for our freedoms who are the known War dead of Maury County. On our right is a monument to those who served in all the wars. There are other monuments to past heroes around the courthouse for the patriotic and historic minded visitor.
