McDONALD, Allen, b. 16 Oct 1800 - 26 Jun 1862, "A man of prayer & faith. The first Ruling Elder ordained 
in Evergreen Church. a position which he filled until June 26th 1862 when called to his reunion in Heaven." 
The church referred to here was the Cumberland Presbyterian Church and stood on nearby grounds at one
