LINDSEY, Frances Trice Henson, 7 Dec 1914 -
22 Mar 2010, (native of Maury County died in Monahans, Texas. (daughter of Ollie
and Ellen Iva Dale (King) Trice; married Marvin Henson, Sr. on 16 Aug 1931, he
preceded her in death 9 Oct 1982; were the loving parents of six children; later
Frances married Raymond Lindsey of Mt. Pleasant; Raymond preceded her in death
on 17 Jul 1997; shortly after, Mrs. Lindsey moved to Kermit, Texas to live with
her daughter and son-in-law, Clara and Jack Marshall; She was a member of the
Eastside Church of Christ in Kermit Tx.
Mrs. Mary Frances Trice Henson Lindsey, 95, native of Maury County, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2010 in Monahans, Texas.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with her grandson, Pastor Randy Wells officiating. Burial was in the Arlington Cemetery.

Mrs. Lindsey was born on 7 Dec 1914 to the late Ollie and Ellen Iva Dale (King) Trice. On August 16, 1931 she married Marvin Henson, Sr. who preceded her in death on October 9, 1982. They were the loving parents of six children. She later married Raymond Lindsey of Mt. Pleasant. He preceded her in death on July 17, 1997. Shortly after, Mrs. Lindsey moved to Kermit, Texas to live with her daughter and son-in-law, Clara and Jack Marshall. Mrs. Lindsey was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ in Kermit.
Those left to cherish her memory are a son, David Henson of Lynnville; 2 daughters, Margaret Ann Anderson of Pulaski and Clara (Jack) Marshall of Kermit, TX; 23 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; one sister, Lillian Crawford of Cookeville; and 2 sisters-in-law, Mary Trice of Knoxville and Jane Page Trice of Columbia.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Marvin Henson, Jr. and Melvin Ansley Henson; one daughter, Eleanor Fly; one grandson, Kenneth Henson; and 5 brothers, David Trice, O.A. Trice, Oakley Trice, Dudley Trice and Lillard Trice.
Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
