FOWLER, Halle Webster Passed away on the 2nd of June, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Corinne White and Robert Webster; her
husband, James Fowler and daughter, Corinne Fowler.
Halle is survived by her daughter, Happy, and son, Jim; her grandchildren, Halle
Hayes McLauchlan, Michael Hayes, James and Landon Fowler, and
great-grandchildren, Michael and Carson Hayes, and Ella McLauchlan.
Halle was a lifelong member of Cheekwood and the Junior League of Nashville. She
was also on the original Board of Trustees of Ensworth School, a member of long
standing of the National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in the state
of Tennessee, and of the Stoneycrest Garden Club. Halle was a devoted wife,
mother and grandmother. She loved deep sea fishing, was an avid gardener and
photographer, and treasured her family's farm in White Bluff, TN, as well as the
years she and her husband spent living in Scottsdale, AZ.
The family would like to thank her caregivers: Dee Dee Herrman, Jean Brady, Judy
Dodds, Arleita Marlowe and Jozella Policastro. The family will receive friends
on Wednesday, the 5th of June, 2013 from ten-thirty in the morning until
twelve-thirty in the afternoon at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs Funeral Home.
Graveside services will commence at two-thirty in the afternoon on Wednesday, at
the Webster Cemetery in Cross Bridges, TN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be
made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association , 4205 Hillsboro Rd.,
Nashville, TN 37215.
