This area photo of the trees where the Watkins (Benjamin) Cemetery is located shows it beside a new street. It is in a new subdivision of properties along Ray Williams Drive where houses are scheduled to be built.
This photo shows the Watkins & one Wilson memorial in the south half of the cemetery.
We have combined two photos here to portray the entire cemetery. On our left is the Watkins memorials, and one Wilson memorial. On our right is the Patterson memorials. Interestingly Joseph Patterson, Benjamin Watkins & probably their families all came to Tennessee in 1825. Says so on the tombstones.
