Information and Photo by Allen Studtman. Dates given for this stone are a bit questionable. It is a style used in the 1830 to 1860s and not 1915. However, this could be explained by someone recycling an old footstone and carving a hand crafted inscription. Notice the large cross carved on the stone. Dates 1915 - 1916 are inscribed in the lower right area of the stone. Commentary by Wayne Austin
