 "Sacred to the memory of Benjamin H. Wortham who was born the 20th day of December 1778 and departed this life on 11th day of December 1847. Aged 68 years 11 months and 21 days.  ---- Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord for they shall in herit eternal life,,"
