Inscription: IN -- MEMORY OF -- Polly Akin who was -- 
born Jun 16th 1820 -- and departed this life on Nov 28th 1822, Dau of Sam W. & -- Emily Akin."
I hope I got that right. The reading is very faint as you can see.
