More Biographical information: Frances "Fannie" Isom was born 14 Apr 1811 in North Carolina. She is the daughter of Jonathon and Elizabeth Isom. She is the 6th of 7 children. Her father Jonathon Passed away when she was 2.
She married William Biffle on June 25, 1829 in Maury Co., Tennessee. She was the Mother of 9 children, Mary, Manerva, Adley B., William McHenry, Alice, Jacob D., James Knox, Izora and Ursula.
She passed away June 6th,1879 in Maury Co. Tennessee
