SACRED to the memory of EMELINE SPINDLE, Consort of John P. Spindle daughter of Daniel & Sarah Gold Winchester Va. who died June 6th 1842 Aged 34 years, 5 mo & 25 days.

SPINDLE, Emeline, (b. cir 12 Dec 1808) d. 6 Jun 1842, 24-05-25. "Consort of John P. Spindle; Daughter of Daniel & Sarah Gold of Winchester, Va. (Dr. John P. Spindle later remarried to Ann S. Johnson, 17 July 1845 and moved to Columbia.)

Believe I can now identify this crumbled stone as belonging to this listing: SPINDLE, Infant of John P. & Emeline. (No dates or dates shaled away) This infant probably died with its mother (shown above) or near her death as she was Emeline Spindle. Photo by C. Wayne Austin 2008, List.
