SOWELL, J. W.. 4 Feb 1812 - 14 Mar 1899. "Born in Huntford, N. C." (Tombstone gone, footstone in place.) (4981). The remaining footstone stands behind the propped up stone of Eliza Jane Sowell. I missed photographing it.
