Last will & Testament

I Joseph Gilmer of Maury County and State of Tennessee, do make this my last will & testament that is to say.
First of all after all of my just debts are paid, I give and bequeath to my daughter Euphence Coffee One hundred dollars left over to hands of my executor to be paid over when she has the right of using it herself. And also to the too daughters of Adaline Williams, Martha F. Williams and Melvino Williams his interest to be one hundred dollars to bee divided equally between them when they become of age.
Two notes on Jeremiah Gilmer for $ 481.91 cts. Two notes on Tininas? Pullian for $ 58.41 cts. Three other notes for $45 dollars. $85 in cash. Also one note of hand on J. B. Stockard for $133.55. If any property remaining at the death of the testator the remainder to be equally divided among the heirs of said Gilmer.
Willed and bequeathed ratifyde and confirmed this and no other to bee his last will and testament. I hereby appoint Joel B. Stockard sole executor of this my last will and testament. Hereby Scoohing all former wills by me as paid. In witness hereof I have here unto set my hand and seal. This 7th of April in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and fifty eight.

The testator Joseph Gilmer give to his daughter-in-law William Gilmer�s wife on the twenty eight day of November Eighteen hundred and fifty nine five dollars. This by request.
Also I Jeremiah Gilmer
his son one note of hand for one hundred and fifty dollars received? The first
of March Eighteen hundred and fifty eight, This 10th day of February
Eighteen hundred and sixty.
