This fallen footstone with the initials "C.C.E" for C.C. Ellis is near his headstone which leans but is still standing.
"C.C. Ellis Born Decr 31 1843 Died March 4, 1862.". In twenty years or sooner the Cherry tree on the left will topple this stone over to the ground.
