Visited & photographed 24 Apr 2017 by C. Wayne Austin. Added to this site 20 May 2017 by the same. Also found on page 521 of the book Giles County Cemeteries by the Historical Society. Well published on Findgrave.com. This is an easy photo survey with the restored & clean tombstones and grave sites. There is a hidden hazard in all the concrete covering this grave site. Concrete traps the hot UV rays of the sun and tends to break up soft limestone memorials, The breakup starts where the concrete contacts with the stone. Concrete here is very hard. There is no such thing as a maintenance free graveyard no matter how clever the long term care procedure.
