COLDWATER
Mrs. Powell, an old respected lady who was well known in this section, died on the 11th. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church, and the funeral services were conducted by Rev. Wood Bouldin, burial at the Sulser graveyard.

Coldwater area shows Elizabeth Powell, age 67, a widow born in AL. She has a son, John T. (1842 AL) and a daughter, Martha C. (1848 AL). This is possibly the Mrs. Powell referred to in this story.
