SILVESTER CEMETERY, McBurg to Delrose Rd, LINCOLN COUNTY TENNESSEE

From the above map we are given the GPS location of the Silvester Cemetery.

Location: From Fayetteville go out Hwy 64 West and turn south on Hwy 273 (Old Elkton Pike) Follow that to Dellrose and turn right (north) on the McBurg to Dellrose Road. Go about a mile and turn right (east) into Travelers Ridge Lane.  With permission turn left into the driveway after climbing the ridge and go by the big horse trainer's barn on the right. After that the cemetery is under some cedar trees next to a gate. About 40 feet from the road.

This Aerial Map shows in larger imagery where this cemetery is located near private facilities. The family here was very gracious in showing me this cemetery.
 The gentleman was of impression this land and cemetery was/is inhabited by Silvesters' who were freedman and were prominent at one time. Who knows, but the cemetery records I have does not have an answer concerning that question.
