Obituary: Mary King Rolin
Mary Margaret King Rolin, 86, of Route 1, Ardmore, AL, died April 4, 1988, at St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville, TN.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 6, at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Methodist church with Rev. Tommy Baker and Rev. Jay Hoppus officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Taylor Funeral Home in charge.
A native of Tennessee, Mrs. Rolin was the daughter of David King and Elizabeth Allen King. She was a lifelong resident of the Ardmore area and a member of the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church where she was very active in her church duties.
Survivors include five sons, Edward Rolin, Jr., Joe Rolin, Bobby Rolin, and Stanley Rolin, all of Ardmore, TN, and Dean Rolin of Atlanta, GA; three daughters, Nellie Van Manen of Ardmore, TN, Polly Jones of Pulaski, TN, and Mary Marcella Yadack of Oklahoma City, OK; two brothers, Allison King of Ardmore, TN, and Robert King of Louisville, KY; one sister, Elizabeth King of Ardmore, TN; 30 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
