This is the Bettie C. Brown memorial. It is fallen or been knocked over by livestock. I was able to turn it over.

BROWN, Bettie C., 6 Aug 1833 - 14 Apr 1873. "Wife of G.A. Brown."
Obviously this was the 1st wife of Dr Brown. She died in 1873 and Dr Brown remarried to Josie C. his 2nd wife. Need marriage dates to confirm that.
