This may be just an attempt to get a plant growing: 8364

Several stones spelled the surname as McFerran indicating there was some confusion or disagreement as to how to spell the surname. I have found this to be a common problem, but I stayed with the most common spelling as McFerrin. This is all a part of the same extended family.
