Fieldstones marking grave: 6210

As you can see this cemetery was grown up in dense brush. I am not surprised that I missed photographing 10 stones which were listed in the Giles County Cemetery book, but of course some of those may be unmarked graves. I thrashed, beat back & cut brush until I thought I had seen all the stones, but it was near impossible in the short time (2 hours 3 minutes) I take to visit & photograph a cemetery. There were many of the little flat granite markers that easily get overgrown with brush. Only a thorough clearing of this cemetery will capture all the monuments in view. Saw Briars and black berry Vines are prevalent as is Poison Ivy. All that renders this cemetery difficult to get around in without injuring yourself.
