CANNADY, Valda R.
Valda Reydell Cannady, 72, homemaker and longtime resident of Tanyard Hollow
Road, died Friday, November 6, 2015 at NHC Columbia.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at Oakes & Nichols
Funeral Home with Glen Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in Lynnwood
Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 � 7:00 P.M. at the

The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Robert Frank Cannady and
Hassie Pearl Weatherford Cannady. She was a member of Campbell Station Church of
Christ.
Survivors include nieces and nephews, Nancy Williams Hooks, Linda Williams
Morton, Kathy Williams Price, Brenda Cannady McKee, Cindy Cannady Moore, Sharon
Cannady Walls, Eyvonne Hickman Morris, Lisa Cannady Fischer, Jeff Williams, Don
Cannady, Tim Cannady, Al Williams, Danny Hickman, Joey Cannady, and Robert
Cannady.
She was preceded in death by sisters, Ruth Williams and Evelyn Hickman; and
brothers, Joe Cannady, Frank Shirley Cannady, Barney Cannady, and Dennis Cannady;
and nephews, Rickey Williams and Wilbur Hickman.
Active pallbearers will be her nephews. Honorary pallbearers will include Roger
Smith, Johnnie "Peaches" Nowlin, and members of Campbell Station Church of
Christ.
