ALLEN, Louise OBITUARY: The Pulaski Citizen, 05 Nov 1985
Mrs. Louise Allen, 65, of Pulaski, died Friday, November 1, 1985, at Parkview Hospital in Nashville.
Funeral services were held at 1 p. m. Sunday, Nov. 3, at Carr and Erwin Chapel with Mack Pinkelton officiating. Burial was in Lynnwood Cemetery.
A native of Giles County, she was the daughter of the late Flenoy (Flourney) Chapman and was married to the late R. C. (Robert Carter) Allen. She was a retired employee of Maremont-Gabriel.
Survivors include her mother, Mattie (Nee Dickey-"Married Surnames" Chapman-Doggett-Blade of Pulaski; four sons, Roger Dale Allen of Maryland, Robert Allen of Pulaski, Ronnie and James Wendell Allen, both of North Carolina; one daughter, Dorothy Durkin of Maryland; three brothers, John Morris Chapman of Pulaski, W. C. Chapman, of Alabama, James Chapman of Kentucky; two sisters, Luvenia Burton and Ruth Minor, both of Pulaski; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
