I could not find this cemetery named anywhere so gave it the name above after the two known military men who are buried here. It is just barely inside the Giles County line from Lincoln County.

Deviations in the spelling of Dunnivant are probably just errors related to illiteracy which was common for rural people of olden times. Even theĀ  the tombstone inscribers had difficulty with that.
