This cemetery was at one time fenced but that has been
knocked down or trampled. Cattle have been allowed to roam over this cemetery,
now and in the past. They along with falling trees have just about destroyed
this cemetery by knocking over the stones and breaking them up. Cattle will rub
against the stones knocking them over and trees fall on the stones destroying
them in about the same manner. This little cemetery has been subjected to a lot
of bad treatment not to mention the possibility of vandals. I found two stones
face down in the dirt unreadable. I managed to turn over the smaller A. J.
Francis memorial and the other was a large modern granite monument too heavy to
manually lift.
