I would not be surprised to learn there was an old Church nearby to this cemetery. Perhaps it would have been a Christian or Primitive Baptist Church, but Blooming Grove Methodist is less than a mile north from here.

Added here 27 Apr 2016 based on a photography visit by C. Wayne Austin, and Judy & Bob Griffin of Lawrence County, Tennessee. Findagrave.com has the cemetery listed but the grave status is a bit vague. However Judy will add more of her photos there. Also listed on Page 176-177 of the book Cemeteries of Giles County Tennessee, published n the 1980s.
