Obituary:
Mamie Louise Daly, 80, of Cave Branch Road, Elkmont, Al, died Saturday, March 9, 2002, in Saint Thomas Hospital, Nashville, TN.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 12, at 1:00 p.m. in the Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Ogles officiating. Burial was in the Daly Cemetery with Ardmore memorial Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Daly was born February 12, 1922, in Limestone County, AL. She was a member of the Pettusville Church of Christ, and the Elkmont Senior Citizens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (sic) William Daly, and a son, Harold Douglas Daly.
Survivors include two sons, Don Daly of Columbia, TN, and Roger Dale Daly of Elkmont, AL; one daughter, Brenda Johnson of Athens, AL; one brother, Alvin Bates of Elkmont, AL; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Ray Daly, David Williams, Roger Parsons, Jeff Solomon, Jason Ashworth and Matt Allen.
