William Thomas Mayfield, a retired farmer, 79, died Wednesday morning at the Maury County Hospital. A native of Giles County, he was the son of the late Thomas Jefferson
and Mary Jane Hardiman Mayfield.
Services will be held Thursday. August 27, at 3:00 in the Bennett-May Chapel with Bro. Bernard Burgess and Bro. Charles Gibbons officiating. Burial will be in the
Cool Springs Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Sallie Will Mayfield; three sons. Thomas H. Mayfield, Nashville, William E. Mayfield, James E. Mayfield.
Pulaski; and three grandchildren.
