Robert Neal Campbell, 63, of Huntsville, Ala., died on Thursday, March 17, 1983 at Huntsville Hospital.
Funeral services were conducted by Bro. Tom Orr and Bro. Tom Russell at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 19 at Bennett-May Chapel. Interment followed in Cool Springs Cemetery.
A native of Giles County, Mr. Campbell was a member of the Church of Christ and a retired chemist of the Tennessee Valley Authority. His wife, Mary Cole Campbell of Huntsville, survives. He was the son of the late Walter Neal and Ida Bell Hannah Campbell.
Additional survivors include, two daughters, Mrs. Judith C. Tuggle of Huntsville and Mrs. Marsha C. Leonard of Mayfield, KY; five brothers, Rufus Campbell of Pulaski, Howard Campbell of Glendale, CA, Lawrence Campbell of Athens, AL, Tom Campbell of Pulaski and Giles Campbell of Tucson, AZ; and two grandchildren.
