* There is another Carpenter Cemetery within 2 miles due south of here along the north side of Hwy 110. I have not been there but I read that only fieldstones mark some of the graves today. Could some of the above Carpenters be interred there or maybe here in unmarked graves set under a fieldstone or no marked stone. This information is shown in the book Lincoln Co Tennessee Tombstones Page 523. The above Carpenter's were identified on Findagrave.com but without headstones, and in this cemetery.
