John L. Robinson was the son of Elbert Head and Diana Peretta Thomas Robinson. John married first Arabella McCoy in Pocahontas, Randolph Co. AR, after her death
 he married her sister Annie J. McCoy, they divorced and he married Lavella O.(Ella) Chambliss in Pope Co., AR. He was a miller by trade, also farmed and was skilled as a Carpenter.
Father of "Little Mae". Father of Elbert and Birdie. Father of Lewis Edwin and Ina.
