This tombstone shows a ladies name and it list this epitaph: "A loving wife and mother dear lies buried here". This to confirm the Giles Co cemetery book is listed incorrectly. After securing permission I crossed the field to this cemetery from the road. There is no road to this cemetery even though there is a sign that states: "Croney Cemetery Rd". This is at the southwest corner of the fence 5473 into the cemetery. The cemetery has been cleaned of all vegetation by someone using roundup recently and all the stones are easily found unless they have sunken into the ground.

These Austin tombstone records were compiled for and sent to Liz Carlin by W.A.. Liz is researcher for the AFAOA, (Austin Family Association of America.) No relation known to the compiler Wayne Austin for at least 5 to 7 generations.
