RITES HELD SUNDAY FOR HOMER GRAVES
Services At Friendship Baptist Church for Culleokan, 48 Who Died Saturday Aug 3, 1942.

Funeral services for Homer Graves aged 48 who died Saturday night at 11 o�clock at the home hear Culleoka, were conducted at 1 o�clock Sunday afternoon from the Friendship Baptist Church by the pastor the Rev. Ruffus J. Hickey.

He was the son of the late G.G. and Ruth Cheatham Graves. Mr. Graves was a life long resident of Maury County.

Surviving are his wife Mrs. Hazel Hight Graves; three daughters. Alice, Eva and Betty Jean Graves; one brother Wallace Graves; one sister Mrs. W.H. Cunningham; and several nieces and nephews, all of Maury County.

Burial was in the Friendship Cemetery with Thurman Tice, Mart Davis, Jr. Herschel Parrish, Lewis Tyler, Sherman Brown and Clyde Kannon serving as pall bearers. Oaks & Nichols was in charge of arrangements
