Mrs. C. Rutledge - Chloe Johnson Rutledge, (wife of William Rutledge, a Revolutionary War Veteran from Rowan County, NC.) Chloe Johnson married William Rutledge on April 3, 1782, in Wilkes County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of Jeffrey Johnson and Rachel Walker. They moved to Maury County, Tennessee about 1795. Chloe died about 1825 in Maury County,
