DAWSON (JOHN) CEMETERY,  MAURY COUNTY TENNESSEE

The box tomb behind the top with the top partially broken in the left center of the photo is the subject of this page. It has only two sides standing one of which has the inscription.

DAWSON, John, Jr., 14 Mar 1817 - 11 Oct 1876. Very difficult to photograph this inscription. It was on the inside wall facing another tomb. In merging of two photos to graphically make this photo the "m" in Memory looks like an "n". Excuse the oversight. It is "In memory" not "In nenory".
