BLANTON CHAPEL METHODIST CHURCH CEMETERY, OAK VALLEY DR., MAURY COUNTY TENNESSEE

The base of this stone is level so I believe a falling tree or vandal knocked the memorial over and broke it.

The base of the A. Adkisson memorial. footstone JAA (James A Adkisson) lying on top along with part of he top of the spire of this memorial. On our left is the midsection of the memorial where the two inscriptions reside. 

Inscription on the south side next to the base

ADKISSON, A., 12 Sep 1804 - 25 Sep 1870. (Same stone with Elizabeth Bailey.)
BAILEY, Elizabeth, died Jul 19 1868. "Aged 75 years." (Same stone with A. Adkisson.) That means Elizabeth was born about 1793.
This is actually the mid section where the inscription resides.
