It was covered by the broken parts of the stone of his mother. Seems like the dates were not sensible. It read to me: "IN Memory of John D. Coffee, son of Genl John and Mary Coffee, Born March 22nd & Died August 13th A.D 1815.2 29th A.D., aged 22 years & 3 months. some of the year dates may be missing to make this clearer.)7634C/7634
