	HOVATER, Roxane Hennigan, d. 23 Feb 2011. (d/o Isabell Hennigan.) Obituary
	
	Roxane Hennigan Hovater, 49 of Mount Hope, died Wednesday, February 23, 
	2011. Visitation will be Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at 
	Morrison Funeral Home in Tuscumbia with the funeral service following in the 
	funeral home chapel with Dr. Charles Marshall officiating. Interment will 
	follow in Old Brick Cemetery. 
	Roxane was a native of Colbert County. She was a member of Mt. Hope Church 
	of Christ. She was a graduate of Colbert County High School and earned an 
	Associate of Applied Science in design drafting from Shoals Community 
	College. She retired from the Alabama Department of Transportation after 25 
	years of service. 
	Roxane loved to sew, quilt, cook, farm and work in her flower garden. She 
	was a loving wife, mother, daughter and grandmother. 
	She is preceded in death by her mother, Isabel Hennigan and sister, Kim 
	Hennigan. 
	She is survived by her husband, Jeff Hovater; daughters, Amy Hovater Moore 
	(Mike), Abby Hovater Bernauer (Matt) and Kerri Hovater; father, Stuart 
	Hennigan; brother, Greg Hennigan (Belinda); and three grandchildren, Brian, 
	Madison and Zachary Moore. 
	Pallbearers are Sean Hennigan, John Marshall, Jason Kerby, Dalton Kerby, 
	Granvil Coons and Dwight Daves. 
	Honorary pallbearers are Clay Clemons, Lcpl Andrew Morris, Dalton Daves and 
	Ingram Collier. 
	Morrison Funeral Home in Tuscumbia is directing.
