Florentine's Rites Held at Valdosta
Mrs Sadie M Green, 56, of 309 West Mobile St, was buried in the Old Brick Cemetery following funeral services held from Valdosta Baptist Church at 2 pm Monday.
Mrs Green, who had been ill for three years, died at ECM Hospital, Saturday.
A native of Colbert County and a member of the Baptist Church, Mrs Green had lived in the Florence area about 15 years.
Surviving her are one son, Elvis Landers of Tuscumbia; a daughter, Mrs Ruby Evans of Rantoul, Illinois, one sister, Mrs Ruth Conner of Bragwood, Illinois; a brother, Dallas Reed of Chicago; and four grandchildren.
