Mapping the location

Area Views - Thickets and more thickets on TVA reservation. In there is a cemetery. It strikes me rather odd that this thicket is surrounded by beautifully maintained lawns of Tennessee Valley Authority who ignore this history: 8149/8150/8151/8152/8153/8154

This cemetery has had a protective rock wall surrounding most of it at one time but now it is mostly fallen down. The Privey Hedge growing in this cemetery is very dense, vicious and almost precludes anyone visiting here, at least normal people (unlike me). This stuff which is a transplant from Europe is very tough and hardy and fast taking over in the south (our wet climate) as a pesky plant that grows so thick it is impenetrable unless you happen to own a bulldozer. Don't know which is worse on old graveyards this stuff or Cudzu from Asia.
